Hansika Motwani, is the next big thing in Kollywood. Even before the release of her first film in Tamil, the girl with the sunshine smile has bagged the cream of big budget movies on the floor.

Take a look at her overflowing bag of goodies- launch movie Suraj directed Maapillai, with the bright young star Dhanush, Prabhu Deva’sItch with the rocking Jayam Ravi and above all Jayam Raja directed Velayudham with the biggest of them all Ilayathalapathy Vijay.

You name it, Hansika has the best offers coming her way. She created a flutter, when Vijay said at Velayudham launch that Hansika reminds him of the young Kushboo.

Reportedly, big banners want to sign her up, but Hansika is waiting for her first release and reaction from audiences. She has all the requirements of a Tamil heroine- Fair skin, a pretty face, childlike innocence and above all the necessary oomph factor, is now the youngest heroine in Tamil cinema.

The grapevine has it that Hansika is the heroine of Velayudham, though media projections so far have claimed that it is Genelia. Hansika is now having a Tamil tutor to coach her as she is determined to master it as feels knowledge of the local language goes a long way in establishing her hold in the industry.

Hansika who plays a bubbly village girl in Velayudham impressed the entire unit, including Vijay when she danced like a dream to the tunes of Vijay Antony’s peppy music and Brinda masters steps at Prasad studio.
