Musician Raghu Dixit, who came to limelight after his song 'Ninna Poojege Bande Mahadeshwara' in Kannada movie Psycho, is reportedly charging Rs 1 crore to score music for a movie. According to the Gandhinagar sources, his payment is more than any other Kannada music director.
A person, who claims himself to be the manager of Raghu, has sparked rumours in Gandhinagar. When asked about the salary of Raghu, he said, "Raghu is very busy now and no dates are available till 2010. He charges Rs 1 crore to score music for a movie." Raghu himself was surprised by the report and said, "Though it's a rumour, it's Good for him."

Raghu said, "Presently, I'm busy with the music of the movie Super Man. I 'm getting Rs. 35 lakhs as payment for the music of a movie. And this is the market price for a musician in the Kannada Film Industry. I myself look after all my affairs. I don't need any manager."
